How to use

Spray 2-3 times on your feet when needed. For itchy feet, spray a moderate amount on the cotton pad and put onto the feet to cool down and sooth the skin. For sweaty feet, dry the feet and spray a moderate amount on the cotton pad , then wipe the area gently. For smelly feet, before 10 minutes when you go to bed, spray a moderate amount on the cotton pad then put in between toe as overnight foot pack.
