A moisturizing toner is infused with more than 50% of black tea tree extract to soothe problematic skin while restoring water-oil balance. Helps brighten skin tone while reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Free from ethanol, benzoic acid, artificial colorant, phenoxyethanol, and benzophenone.
