What it is

Trucare PHA Toner Pads are your first line of defense against daily stressors after cleansing.

This convenient, pore-refining, toner-soaked, and mildly acidic toner pad balance the PH level of the skin.
One side of the cotton pad has a threaded texture for a bit of manual exfoliation
and the other side is smooth, to gently sweep away impurities.
Contains PHA, the mild peeling component, to allow gentle and effective peeling.
The pre-soaked pads make this toner great for travel or throwing in your gym bag.
